Therapy is a deeply personal healing journey done in a safe, collaborative setting. While therapy isn’t necessarily magic, it can do remarkable things for those who are ready to make changes.  I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified perinatal mental health professional with a wholehearted commitment to supporting healing, transformation, and justice. I founded Desert Bloom Wellness NV to create a space where people can feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered. My work focuses on perinatal mental health, perimenopause and menopause, eco-grief and climate distress, trauma, non-traditional relationships, and helping women reconnect to their inner strength across their lifespan. I believe there is inherent wisdom in emotions, and take a stance of curiosity and acceptance when helping you explore where you feel stuck in your life.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, and I’ve come to trust the power of presence, community, and relational care in the therapeutic process. I practice a whole-person, whole-hearted approach to mental health care and personal growth, and believe in treating mind, body, and soul.  I understand you are the expert on your life, and will work with you to honor your emotions, speak your truth, heal your inner child, and come home to your heart. You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through life. You deserve to unapologetically take up space, experience joy, connect to your inner wisdom, and find your why. As a therapist, I strive to create spaces that feel inclusive, grounded, and sacred; where each person’s story is honored, and healing can unfold with compassion and courage. I believe deeply in social justice, and I see therapy as one way we can collectively challenge systems of harm while nurturing personal resilience and belonging.

I am a highly sensitive person and understand many of the unique challenges of being an HSP. I offer services that reflect that. Not sure if you are a highly sensitive person, or experience other neurodivergence? Let’s explore this together.

At the heart of my work is a belief that personal transformation is made possible through genuine connection, bravery, and fierce compassion. I look forward to walking with you on your incredible journey.

“It is a serious thing just to be alive on this fresh morning in this broken world.”
